My name is Valentino Stakel. I am a street photographer through and through. My roots lie in Rotterdam. I create photos with a story, in a way that touches and inspires you.
Situations, people, spontaneous moments... you name it. I look at the world with an open mind. When I see something that moves me, photographing it comes naturally.
My first exhibition took place at Niffo Gallery. There, photos were displayed under the theme 'Rotterdam in Silence.' From that point on, I craved more. I devoured books and filled notebooks with notes about great artists. Fortune smiled upon me. More and more assignments came in, and I felt that a breakthrough was just around the corner.
During the corona pandemic, my experiments continued unabated. I started working with a coach who further sharpened my artistic skills. I evolved further as an artist. I draw inspiration from classical masters to rappers like Tupac Shakur. Their rhythm and energy push me to break boundaries so that I can portray your story in a dynamic way.
